The Von Trap family from the Sound of Music having nothing on our home grown musical family  –  The Stewarts from Garmouth.   Our own Amy Souter is one of them.

Calum Stewart who now lives in France as a professional musician is returning to give a concert in Inverness.    Calum Stewart is Amy’s youngest brother.

Calum will  be performing on the evening of Saturday February 3rd in the OneTouch Theatre of Eden Court. He will be playing on Uillean Pipes and Whistles music from his new album, Tales from the North, along with Yann on Double Bass and Ronan on Cittern. You may recognise some of the other musicians.

Calum will be supported by a group of even younger musicians, The Arc Fiddlers, taught by Mhairi Marwick, so it should be a great evening all round!   So lots of local talent.

Tickets are £8.50 for those under 26, £12 for over 60s and the unwaged, and £14 for everyone else!  Tickets are available from Eden Court Box Office or online. Hurry though, as they are going fast, and the One Touch Theatre is a small venue!    For further details contact Amy.
